Themes?! Help me choose a theme for my new army!

I've been playing 40k since rogue trader and have a few armies(Marines(Angels Revenant,Space Wolves,Lords of Wrath), Arbites,Sisters of Battle)
The time has come to create a new themed army...
I've listed some ideas, or please give me suggestions for an interesting theme for my next army, any ideas are welcomed, the stranger or the funnier the better...
Though I'm wanting to make it tourney and list legal...

I like the idea of a rogue apothecary based space marine force...~

I like the perverse notion of an Undead Inquisitor and his band of looney tunes! He thinks he's working for the Emperor, but cocks it up all the time with hilarious results!

Kind of sounds like a movie pitch?

Further to that should probably use undead Imperial Guard as opposed to Space Marines....

Might I suggest the Genestealer Cult. A swarm army of civilians and cultists, led by Genestealers and the almighty Patriach. With numbers and the eliteness close combat machines that are Genestealers you stand a good chance in tourneys as well. Good chance to show off modeling skills as well as the entire army can be made from pretty much any models you like. This list isn't any different from a 'Nid army though, except it being themed and played differently. Genestealer cult...interesting,Think regardless I'll have to make a 1000pt cult army, so many conversions, so many modelling ideas(Cult Limo!!! Love it...)so many themes to choose from....Keep those ideas coming

The SGT Peppers idea is the one I like the best.

My own chaos project is going to be centered around some steed mounted HQ guys, sinfully overpriced point sinks, with converted Sisters models to represent the Slaaneesh rank and file. Also, my Pimpmobile Dreadnaught will be in there for fun. Being an Eldar player, I have a special dark place in my heart for Slaanesh
