Super you!!!
So if you could have any 1 super power what would it be? And nothing like "The power to do whatever i want."
For me probs telekinesis. Just think it would be pretty cool. Playing tricks on peeps. And also quite useful.

Teleportation. Always wanted to do that. It's not like I'd be a lazy arse either, I'd still want to keep fit and active.

This kind of invulnerability. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brit_(comics)) I'd just worry a lot less, though I'd have to be careful about normal "crushing" deaths, as they'd turn into "dehydration/starvation/suffocation" deaths.

Control over my molecules, without losing my thought.
Think about it - With some thought and effort, I could literally move through solid objects by rearranging and reforming my molecules. I could fit through the smallest cracks. I could survive without food or water by making myself able to do photosynthesis. I could survive a vacuum by making an outer shell capable of withstanding it. I could blend in anywhere. I could be practically invulnerable by closing off wounds fast and re-forming injuries. And I'd always have the proper tools for the job. Plus, I'd be able to grab whatever material I needed from around me and use it - Simply by turning the molecules of my feet into something that can process and absorb dirt - which then becomes part of me which I can then use.
With enough effort, I could probably make a form that was capable of flight, although with more of an avian form rather than a super-powered form.
Only thing that would be lacking is teleportation. But I'm pretty sure the pros outweigh the cons.

The Flash can run faster then instant teleportation and phase your brain out of your skull. He doesn't need to do that :D .

The ability to survive the conditions of and move rapidly through space.
I would just love to wander around the universe, doing whatever. Exploring the last wild west, so to speak.
I always think of "Space Oddity" when it comes to this conversation.
Sometimes I have this talk with people, or when playing question games. I ask them that if they went to space, would they ever come back to earth. I've only ever gotten "of course". I have to wonder if I really would come back, or not.
The Flash can't squeeze through the head of a needle.
That's what keeps me up at night, you know. I lay in bed, staring at the ceiling, thinking, "Damned be, if only I could fit through a needle, things would be so different now! I might've saved her then!"
Edit: Thinking about it, my power can also double as space ambassador. Which I'm totally on board with being.

For me it would probably be to be immortal. Like Dorian grey immortal not vampire immortal although in all honesty i would settle for either!

The ability to grow money - let's face it, in most modern societies what can money not do? Pay people to not kill you/protect makes you practically immortal from being killed, money can buy food, drink to avoid other methods of death.
Then money can be used to fund research into technology for things like teleportation etc.

The ability to make stupid peoples heads explode when they are on the phone with me would make tech support a lot more bearable.
Me: Hello IT have you tried turning it off and on again.
User: My computer is not working
Me: Have you pressed the power button
User: Yes won't turn it on
Me: Is it turned on at the wall
User: Oh does it need to be plugged in?
Me:... *uses power*
User: *A boom can be heard and the sound of bone and flesh going all over the place*
Me: Thank you for calling tech support if you have any complaints please let us know.
Dammit now I want this power.

The power of shape-shifting is the one super power I desire. It has use within espionage and assassination (look like an enemy), control (impersonating a leader), travel (animal forms with air travel/ swim speed/ greater land speed) and just... appearing however you want to.

This. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/One_Power) Specifically with healing. I'd love to be able to delve into a person, find what's wrong with them and heal them without any physical or mental distress.

Well, it was always this one, or some funky shit I came up with.
The other idea would be to be able to control how gravity affects stuff. Sorta like, reverse telekinesis. Need to fly? Don't worry, it's nothing as safe as that, I just need to fall over there. Slam some goons? make them fall pretty damn fast into that wall. Hell, you could make stuff fall off the planet if you really want. It would be a bit like telekinesis, like I said, but there'd be none of that 'subtlety', whatever that is. Hopefully, you'd end up being able to affect fast stuff like bullets, by making them all curve mid path. Need to be pretty strong to pull that off, though.

Invisibility for me. I like to observe... Feel free to interpret that any way you want.
Being able to move around undetected would be the most appealing to me.

breath underwater, resist water pressure, and immortality.
if i cant have the 3 above, I'm going to go with the ability to grow money, as noted by lance.

Good man! The Flash is so fast he can outrun death, he can counter the anti-life equation, he can throw punches with infinite mass and move so fast that he makes clones. And the clones can move back and forth in time. And he can explode stuff by moving through them, literally disintegrating the object atom by atom. And holy shit!

The power to know a person pretty much totally, If I want to. Think of it- You would know what they would settle for, What it would take to get them to do something-Hell, Even what it would take to have sex with you- If you just opened your mind to theirs.

I like the same power as Andon, the control over sub-atomic particles and forces and stuff like Dr. Manhattan from the Watchman.
What you could do controlling the power of the atom...

The ability to manipulate and control time at will
Be able to sleep for 12 hours in a single minute
Move to a new location as far away as I want in a single second
Stop time as I am about to die, and move away from danger
Kill enemies before they can even plan

Shapeshifting. I'd be able to change every aspect of my physical being. So technically, I could become invisible. I can fly, and I can run really fast (not flash fast, but still pretty frikin fast)

It is hard to pick just one. I would love to be highly skilled at agility and flexibility (much like a cat almost) so I can scale walls and jump from roof to roof.
IMO it would also help the skills so in the bedroom :smt047

Time Stoppage (and the requisite sub-power Time Restartage) like that chick from the shitty old 80s TV show. You know, the one where she touched her fingers together to pause time and then touched her palms together to restart it... You know the show... I think her father was a giant talking diamond or sum'min....
You know the more I try to remember this show, the less convinced I am of it's actual existence... Any 30-somethings out there remember what the hell I'm talking about?

I've always liked teleportation a lot.
Healing is cool, but it really only helps with your survival.
Telekinesis is great as well, and is really ulimited.
There's one that I think would be a real blast though. The ability to increase or decrease the specific gravity of objects around me.
In a fight, I could walk around with a bubble around me of drastically increased gravity. I could crush cars and cause people attacking me to fall down under their own weight.

Dwayne McCall (voiced by Blayne Barbosda) – A pre-teen-aged boy who possesses reality-manipulating powers after exposure to Big Bang gas, allowing him to change things into anything else he can clearly imagine (he has to know what they/it looks, smells, or sounds like, etc
i make anything i want from my imagination tangible. example i could make an army of space marines and win :D

Failing that, the ability to accelerate any (sub)atomic particle to 99.99% light speed.

If you're looking for a generic, probably teleportation (including being able to teleport other objects).
Infinite wealth and travel opportunities.
