I am just starting orks so am doing 500 point games with them. Here is what I have to start
HQ:
Warboss 90 points
Power Klaw, Twin-Linked Shoota
Troops:
Ork Boyz (20 man) 140 points
Stinkbombs
Ork Boyz (20 man) 140 points
Stinkbombs
Fast Attack:
Deffcopta 60 points
Twin Linked Rokkit Launcha, Bigbomm
Deffcopta 60 points

I assume you've acquired those orks from the aobr set?
I wouldn't give your warboss a twin linked shoota, it's still only bs2, instead i would use the points for a bosspole, your orks have a low leadership and with a low save they die fast and will need to take ld tests fast. If you ever fail one you can use your warboss his bosspole to reroll your test.
I also wouldn't bother with the stikkbombs, your orks have a very low initiative (only2) and even if they charge they come at ini 3 that's lower then most MEQ armies. So you will mostly hit last so it doesn't really mather if you charge true terrain and hit last with ini 3 or ini 1
I would use the points freed to give each boy squad a nob with a powerclaw, you could give each nob also a bosspole or you could attach your warboss to one boyzunit scratch the nob and add extra boyz to the unit to add more numbers on the table (increase the unit to 26)
I'm not sure the big boms are worth it on the deffkoptas so i''ve removed them here.
You now have the following list. Warboss powerclaw bosspole and an ammo runt (just enough points left and you still have your reroll to hit with your warboss his slugga, although only one time) one unot of 26 boyz and one unit of 20 boyz with a nob equiped with a bosspole and a powerclaw. 2 single deffkoptas with twin linked rockets as anty vehicles.
