Right then, my car is up for grabs due to the fact Im doing far too many miles to warrant keeping it. So intend to swap for a decent diesel if possibly... maybe a 330d bmw.

If I cant get a decent value for the motor I will probably remove some of the mods or just keep the car for a while longer. This has had lots spent on it since I've owned the car.

ODO currently reads 127000, not sure how many were in KM's but Im told around 50k were KM's.
The car runs fine, its never given me an issue to be fair and is my daily runner and has been a reliable motor. Since being imported it has always been owned by SO.com members.
The cambelt was changed soon after I bought the car so is less than 2yrs old.

Originally black, the car was redone a year ago roughly by Knight Racer. And all major maintenance has been done by MGT Racing in nuneaton. Its a real headturner and gets lots of attention

Bodywork : Jun bodykit, GTR spoiler, Rear overfenders, KR vented front wings, GTR grille. Bayside blue respray.

Wheels/handling: Rota GTR's 18" and 9.5 wide, brand new tyres on the rear and fronts have plenty left too. BC racing coilovers, SUMMIT thick ass front strut brace

Engine/Transmission: Apexi filter, Japspeed FMIC/hot pipe, HKS dump valve, Japspeed decat and type2 exhaust & unknown aftermarket downpipe. R32 GTR clutch, Japspeed alloy 50mm alloy rad. RSP yellow coilpacks.

Interior: GTR seats, Myki's flocked rear shelf with Inphase 6x9's and amp. New leather gear gaiters etc. Momo 'drifting' steering wheel & boss. HID headlamps.

I also have an apexi AVCr which may be fitted later this month depending on the situation or can be sold with the car if requested. Also owned is a set of deep dish 18" alloys which need refurbing.. could possibly go with the car.

Ideally Im after £8000 as the car has cost way more than this. But I realise such things may not happen.

I understand not everyone on here is into cars and so on, but its worth a try in case someone is interested! :)

Work and back is a 100mile round trip, so could do with saving the money that Im spending on fuel to get my deposit for a house bigger!

So you have a skyline, and you want a Diesel 330D (200bhp, 300lbs), sounds like a good choice to me, and if you want speed - easy - pump it up :

http://www.amdtechnik.com/products.variant.cfm?variantid=35

For £1000 all in you get 45bhp more and 65lbs more ! Whats more, its base combined cycle is 42 mpg, and with a remap it will probably go up to 45mpg !

£1000 is a bit costly to be fair, an extra 60-80bhp in my car would cost me £80 for fuel pump and the remap cost from RSP so about £400 in total maybe £500. To be fair I'd be after it for the mpg benefits and the fact its a more practical car. I cant even get the gun in the boot of the skyline, it has to go across the back seats :)

Why can't I live in the UK where modifying a car like this is somewhat allowed unlike over here in this place!

Seriously though if I was in the UK I would be considering a purchase around now. I know that doesn't help you much but fair play with the car and good luck with the sale. Sorry for the spam but thats very nice.

Also what BHP and ftlb figures does it have?

The cars probably about 260/270bhp at the moment. Cant quite remember the torque figures but it pulls well enough lol. I refuse to stick it on the rollers untill its remapped but that may not happen yet anyway. I've focussed more on maintenance and handling as I quite like the sprint track by us which is a really tight little track. So good tyres, new suspension, radiators, regular servicing with top gear and so on.

i hear ebay is a great place to sell cars - i think our community here is way too small to sell cars.

Personally Im avoiding Ebay, dont like the site at all. Its on pistonheads and a number of other car forums. Including skylineowners and the gtroc.
