This is just working with what I have. Those 10 Termagaunts came with my McCragge box which is why they are thrown in there.

I think its a very good list for learning 'nids with. not a lot of troops, very basic. The number of models will indirectly increase the survivability of the next model.

I think the fex's might be a bit high in points. This is my personal preference, but whether its nids, eldar, or DH, i try not to put more than 10% of the total point cost into 1 model .

Id almost suggest making all the Gaunts 1 squad, rather than 2. Therse some pretty beardy tactics for squads that size!

Also, ever consider making the hive tyrant a Flyrant? If youre not putting Guard with it, why not? Now you have a mobile synapse creature to keep up with your troops as they get towards the enemy. Dont forget, 6" + 3" (avg Fleet) + 6 - 12 charge puts you out of 12" synapse range of footsloggign warriors very fast. You could drop the barbged strangler off the gunfex to find some points for those wings!

If I take the Reinforced Chitlin off my Fex's ... -30pts
Then take the Adrenal Glands (+I) off my warriors and their Toxin Sacs...-36pts
Then I could take Toxin Sacs off my Tyrant .....-12pts

Now I would have enough to afford 2 Tyrant Guard or........ a Brood Lord to stick with my Genestealers. Thoughts?

If I chose the BL I could put Toxin Sacs back on the Tyrant or the Warriors and still be under the 50pt buffer.

I think I might grab a Broodlord and put 5 genestealers with him and put the other 17 genestealers into a group of 8 and 9. Thoughts?
