hi guys c&c this will be against a pure Grey knight force, so i was hopping to outnumber him 20 to 1...lol

Grenadiers 10 (1 vox op, 2 Plasma Guns) = 125

Junior Officer (Iron Discipline, Bolter) = 46

Well your facing a pure termi force with no LC (AP 2) :eek:
Drop all the auto cannons, ratlings (4 will not do much and will be killed quick), The extra armor/ track guards/ smoke on the demo and pick up as mainly LC's as possible!! also drop the vox in the grenader squad, if i remember correctly there inly 1 leadership less then you HSO.

Aside from the above advice - if you're tailoring for Grey Knights, take ONLY lascannons and plasma guns in all your squads. For a well-rounded force maybe go missile launcher/plasma. I like a consistent weapons combo in all same-type squads.

I have to say I disagree with the above statements. mof course your facing termis but guess what, a guardsmans BS of 3 can only do soooo much so why not make those termis take more armor saves and they'll eventually fail.
I dont really have any problems with the list other than my personal preferences.
What I would do is drop the ratlings. drop the flamers or ML in the one command squad and drop the Vox network completely. Also drop the gren. launcher in the HQ. This frees up 99 pts for you to add another Auto/plas squad.

the list my friend has has no terminators in....and who in there right mind would put Grey knight terminators in a 750 point list (cough cough *point sink* cough cough)
so heres my new list, i have not used the lascannons as stated above as im really not sure since iv got conflicting information on the difference of lascannons and auto cannons against powered Armour foes!

this list should do you just fine against almost all comers. But I have a few questions.
Why do two guys have LP and CCW?
Is the trademark item a fluff use?
Also would you consider "trying"(not change) the Demo to a BT?

good idea i might change the command squad back to lasguns not ccw and las pistols, the trademark item is for fluff! its basically a eccentric lord leading his small detachment of troops!
also the demolisher tank....i really wanted to keep for one main reason....PLASMA CANNONS :D i love them, i contemplated but for the few more points dropped i cant possibly get "THAT" many HW in the army
