Nice. Informative and thorough. I don't see myself painting grots in the near future - but if I were to, I'd definitely have a look at this guide whilst painting.

I'm a big advocate of using brown underneath any fingers/bone/teeth on my orks.
I've never used the Desert Yellow on skin though.. Might give that a trial next time, it gives a nice contrast with the green under it!
