Incubi conversion

I've been thinking about conversions for my Incubi because I don't particularly like the model. The story for them are they are the suitors of my Archon and they each carry a loch of her hair so that if she is killed they can regenerate her from her hair. The Incubi aren't actually Incubi they are just well trained and well armored, was considering converting 4 using this guy...

Considering giving him a large spear in his right hand and replacing the dagger with a loch of hair made from greenstuff. There would be some head and arm repositioning to make them all unique.
What do you guys think? Have any of you used other models for your Incubi?

The problem is he looks like a dark elf.
With some converting it will look fine.

Think of ways to put some high teck looking stuff on him so he looks like he's from the 40k century.

That is a problem, perhaps the Incubi backpacks? i would sling a splinter pistol on his belt but Incubi don't technically have those.
