This is what I have:

1 Librarian (will have)
1 squad terminators/paladins
1 squad terminators/paladins
1 nemesis dreadknight

I would like to turn this into a 1000 pt army. I havent put them together yet, just sitting in boxes. And I don't really plan on getting more at this point, until I learn the game a little bit better and see what I need later down the road. So for now, my questions are:

1. How should I kit them out?
2. Should I use two squads of terms or two paladins, or one of each?
3. Are teleporters good for dreadknights?

I plan on using falchions to get the extra attacks, as I want to have as many attacks as possible (theme). I will mainly be going against other space marine chapters (chaos, space wolves, maybe salamanders) and one player who uses orks. I'm trying to round out 1000 pts with what I got. Thanks!

you'll have to model terminators regardless. you're require per codex to have at least two squads of troops. and since you are not using draigo, your paladins with only be elite choices.

for what you have, you can build a decent list of 15-20 terminators with a couple big guns and your librarian with some key psychic powers and do decent with it. i dont have my codex handy so i cant peel off a list for ya, but hopefully that can get ya started if no one else chimes in.

Let me clarify - I have:

1 squad of 5 terminators
1 squad of 5 terminators
1 dreadknight

I will either buy a librarian or a castellan crowe, depending on what people recommend.
I only have 10 terminators total

LIBRARIAN!!! For the love of all that's holy, get a LIBRARIAN!!! You and your army will love it much more in the long run. Easily the best HQ in the entire Codex. Crowe is a points-sink waste of space who's existence I barely acknowledge.

Read these, they'll help:
