Simple Question about attacks

if you have 1 2 or 3 attacks in melee, and are carrying a pistol, and a lightning claw, does one of your attack have to be the pistol? like my vet has 2 attacks, 3 on charge, he has a claw and a pistol, is it one pistol attack, and 2 claws on the charge or can I take all 3 attacks with the claw?

Page 42: "a normal and a special weapon" and "two different special weapons".

Basically you only use the rules for one weapon, the other weapon just adds +1 Attack.

But do note the pistol does not add an extra attack when paired with a lightning claw

He has 2 attack plus one for the charge.

Do I make 1 attack that is not a power weapon and cannot reroll misses, and 2 attack with a power weapon and can reroll misses.

Or...

2 normal attacks and 1 power weapon attack

or..

3 power weapon attacks that can reroll misses.

Well, a Vet with Lightning claw (in this case) will have 3 attacks, all using then rules for a lightning claw. Option 3

Pretty much, all your attacks are of the same style. The fact it's a pistol means nothing.

For example, imagine SM Sergeant w/ Power Sword and Bolt Pistol, charging.
2A(profile)+1 (Charging)+1(two weapons) = 4 Attacks, all using Power Weapon rules.

SM Sergeant w/ Power Sword and Plasma Pistol, charging.
2A(profile)+1 (Charging)+1(two weapons) = 4 Attacks, all using Power Weapon rules.

SM Sergeant, w/ Power Weapon and Power fist, charging.
2A + 1 (Charging) = 3 Attacks using Power Weapon Rules, or Power Fist Rules.

Specifically to my Vanguard Veteran Squad armed with 1 plasma pistol and 1 lightning claw each. They would get 4 attacks. 2A + 1 (charge) + 1 (2 weapons) And, all 4 attacks can use the lightning claw rules, being that it counts as a power weapon and can reroll misses.

Further, if Pedro Cantor is nearby, his banner adds an attack, so that will be 5 total power weapon attacks that reroll misses.

No... Under the rules for Special Close combat weapons (Claws, Fists, Hammers and some others) they only gain an extra attack if paired with a weapon of the same type...

So while CCW's and Power Weapons gain an extra attack when paire with a pistol or other CCW you can only gain +1 attacks if you have say " Claws, 2 Fists or 2 hammers

Lance has it right there. Lightning Claws, Thunder Hammers, and Power Fists need two of the same weapon to get the bonus. Maybes I should have added that >.> Of course, that doesn't mean you can combine different types together. It's on the page that describes all the weapon types (Pg42)

For example:

Space Marine Sergeant, 2X Power Fist/2X Lightning Claw/2X Thunder Hammer, Charging:
2A +1Charging +1 two weapons = 4 Attacks, all using appropriate rules.

SM Sergeant, with Pistol + Fist/Claw/Hammer, Charging:
2A + 1 Charging. No bonus attacks because of Fist/Claw/Hammer Special Rules.

Pedro will give the additional attack to anyone, though, seen as it is an additional bonus.
