Forgeworld Tau
I recently went on forgeworld and saw all the new models for the Tau Empire like redesigned battle suits, new drone models, and a new special character. it all looks really badass but that still leaves one question..... WHEN ARE THEY COMING TO AMERICA?!

Re: Forgeworld Tau
Never, Forgeworld is in the UK, you can sometimes find Forgeworld stuff at Battle Bunkers, but I think only Baltimore carries Forgeworld anymore. If you want it, you have to order it offline like the rest of us sad Americans.

Re: Forgeworld Tau
Actually, there are rumours buzzing that FW might get a base in America. Can't for the life of me remember the source, though. Might have read it over at BoLS.Originally Posted by Matt1785
But yeah, until then, just learn to order online.

Re: Forgeworld Tau
why is it that european stuff always looks better than american stuff? But anyway, what is that imperial armor book? is it a european general codex or rulebook? i want to learn more about it before actually ordering it.

Re: Forgeworld Tau
Its basically a giant codex off Forgeworld rules... I think there are a total of 5 or 6 of them so far (most Tau stuff is in IA3).Originally Posted by Shaun'Tau Renegade

Re: Forgeworld Tau
Well, to get technical, all GW stuff is European, and Forgeworld is a part of GW IIRC. Forgeworld uses Resin, which is an easier medium to make fine detail on models. Personally I have also been favoring Forgeworld models of late, barely even going to pick stuff up that GW puts out. Mostly I just purchase the vehicles from GW now, instead of the figures.

Re: Forgeworld Tau
I should note that resin is incredibly difficult to actually cast, thus the low supplies....
...and I'd hardly say European stuff looks better then American stuff.
