Can I add my own, the XIX Chapter?

One of the original Dark Angel Chapters lost in the void when Calaban was split assunder. Currnetly only the 3rd Company has been seen fighting against the Imperum along side some Dark Mechanicus and Corrupted Sisters Of Battle, as well as some Khorne Berzerkers.
Word has reached the Inquistion that the head of this army Deacon Penworthal, is trying to join forces with the Iron Worriors.

Leader- Deacon Penworthal, Daemon Prince Angorack, Sorcerer Jinto Citus

Homeworld- Space Based; a retro fitted crashed Strike Cruser and assorted support vessels

War Cry- For The Glory Of Manx

Combat Doctrine- So far in battle The XIX seems to have been mostly an Infantry based army, although they seem to be getting more and more Anti-Tank fire power. The few Rhinos that they do have usually transport the Khorne Berzerkers or Havocs around the battle field.

HomeBrew "Pheonix Knights"

alrighty then ......
during the hereasy a small chapter called the purple knights fought a section of the traitors who were raiding worlds that had lost there armies the the main battles , deemed more worthy. As the battles continued a large area of the surrounding space became filled with warp energies , the concentration of death and destruction on one planet ,Redemptius, caused the warp energies to surrond it . The knights finally defeated the traitors down to the last man and deamon but not without great loss ,there chapter master, whose name has since been lost , was comtosed after fatal wounds. the warp storm dissipated and Redemptius along with it .

as the Knights ventured from the surface of Redemptius into the space around them they were shocked to find themselves in the middle of the warp .They Slowly mutaited , some simply died from there changes, others remained alive to witness themselves start to resemble the very traitors they hated . after years they began to grow accustomed to there changes, becoming complacent to let the warp change them. all the while there chapter master slumberd on life support .at some point in time news from the imperium reached them , they had been counted among the lost . Wether it was that news or sheer luck but within days of this mesage the chapter master awoke.

what happened next reached the imperium quicker then any news ever recorded from the warp , the chapter master was seen amputating every demonic limb from his comrads, slaying those too far gone to come back to the emperor. but it was in vain . for the inqisition judged every soul on redemptius save one , the chapter master himself ,as traitors. Instead of rejoining his fellow marines, the chapter master chose to try and rescue his brethren. Himself branded a traitor for denying the inqusitions letter to return at once. he gave his men bionic attachments to make up for the limbs he had severed and led those who would follow him deeper into the warp , not to further there ties with deamons but to destroy the enemies of man and hope one day for redemption. labeling himself Caliber the Returned the chapter master renamed his chapter the Pheonix Kights, from the ashes of our shame we shall rise to join the eagle in flight.

Battleforce:
Although very small use of heavy vehicles due to the raids they preform on the surrounding chaos worlds, they use many vehicles such as bikes and jet packs to move Swiftly .

Tactics:
After constant battle with deamons , mostly melee fighters, the Knights have developed a system of superior range fighting mixed with teams of superior melee fighters. All members Rely on mobility to fight .

You should probably just add Fallen Angels to the Legions list. Specific warbands of them could be covered in the homebrews list if you so wish.

Anyway, my warband is a group fo Fallen Angels known as The Cult of the Screaming Fist. They officially worship Tzeench, but a few worshippers of Nurgle have crept into their ranks. They tend to make themselves obvious, frequently carrying Icons into battle in the hope of converting their fellows. In reality, they are looked upon with disdain by their more traditional comrades, and are unable to attain command roles. The Cult was united when their current leader was drawn inexplicably to Cypher in the same way as many Fallen. He spread the worship of Tzeentch through those following Cypher at the time. Though few in number, they have made a name for themselves, acheiving victories against Loyalist Dark Angels as well as Marines from the Plasma Talons chapter.
