what are the witch hunters?
i know what they are but i don't know are they an army or an add on for space marines or something because on the website they have no battle force or codex so to have to small squads of 9 battle sisters is £63 pounds. altogether for the army i want is £122 but their is no codex so i cant use them. can anyone help?

Their codex is up on the GW website for a free download

they have rules for adding marines or gaurd to their army, and also rules to add which hunter units into a mainly marine or gaurd armies, but ofcourse you can play a pure which hunter force too.

They do have a codex.
It is now free.
As a downloadable PDF.
They are their own army, they are NOT ally-able.
Unless you own the codex physically, IIRC.

Well it makes little sense, but is has been done.
BUT I'm not sure how seriously tournaments etc are going to take it.
