I like those GK terminators, very nicely done, very clean!

I like the cork board bases as well, so simply yet very effective - wish I had done that now - may actually still incorporate some of it even if already stuck done.

Nice basing indeed. Have seen some of that stuff in The Works if you've got one near you CJB. Comes on a roll with a sticky back. Win win material right there I think.

Terminators look pretty tidy, certainly a very solid TT standard. Don't worry about Draigo, you can crack him. He's just a Terminator with more purity seals and a storm shield.

Few more TTQ Grey Knights. This rounds out the 10, I'm currently up to my neck in Draigo. Absolutely sick of resin already, utter crap. I wonder if GW is ever going to listen and move to 100% plastic or not.

Tidy enough, certainly. Quite like the odd choice of green on the heraldic shield. It's a curious decision, and perhaps a brave one, but it's oddity works well.

Banner perhaps needs a little bit more to really make it stand out. It's a little flat at the moment I think. Might be worth going back over it with your colours and retouching it where the dip has knocked back the vibrancy of them. Also - banner + Apothecary? That's a s**t load of points in one place y'know. 155 to be exact. Flags don't feel pain already, just so you know.

Also - scrape off the rims and repaint them flat black. That crackled look doesn't do them any favours. Otherwise, a nice set.

And yeah, I hope they grow out of fineco$t soon too, no need for that crap to exist. If your Draigo is anything like the one I had to work on, you're talking applying liquid greenstuff with a pin to get those damned holes filled, and resculpting sections more often than you'd care to imagine. Horrible stuff.

I had to give up on the Liquid Greenstuff, I eventually decided I could make a whole new model with the amount I was using, absolute insanity.

The green was a terrifying choice, I was so amazed it worked out.

That stupid crackle, I never catch it when I'm casting an eye over the model. It's a combination of reusing the base for about 8 different things, leaves residue.

The client wanted them together, I kept asking if that was how he wanted to roll and he said yes. I was wondering if they blended into the squad or not as far as wounds are concerned.

Clients. Pfft. What do they know? (oh yeah - their account number to pay you!) It's fine, they can do that, but it's a lot from one model. But then, as the Apoth has to give up the SB for the Narthecium, giving up the sword for the banner kind of makes sense. But for wound allocation (which is what anyone takes Paladins for it seems), it's zero sense at all. But meh, not mine, not yours: who are we to question it?

I know, right? "What will be YOUR first finecast miniature?". None. Simple as that. Get over it and do them in plastic, it's not like you can't GW.

Looks tidy enough, certainly. Lighting means it's a little dark to see much, but it's all there. Can't see any bubbles either, which is great.

Regal Blue, Badab Black Wash, Ice Blue Highlights, and I left the Chainmail highlights on cloth because it just adds a werid dynamic.

Regal blue is my favorite undiscovered color ever though, I just picked it up for this model and I'm in love.

So I've had this idea for a really long time. I was never happy with the fact all of the power weapons were dirt simple, I wanted something a little more complex, maybe with even a different type of elegance.

Enter my Death Company Power Scythe! I will be making an entire Assault Squad Death Company out of these. The Grey Knight Sprues will be recycled and with extra bits will become Veterans and Heavy Weapon Blood Angel teams. I also used a Scything Talon from a Hormaguant, who will pick up the Spinefists from a Termagaunt box and also get recycled! 0 Model waste!
