Well, What can I say? Whitakers prompting made me realize that I could get L4D2 and the DLC free...Or buy the DLC one euro cheaper on XBL.
I now have L4D2 on the pc.
Took me 59 minutes to complete that campaign, With about 670 infected killed ;D
It's a very good level, I think. Plenty of random pitfalls that zombies spawn out of, Many more hordes..And Zoey with a chainsaw.

I had to sacrifice myself as none of the buggers were content to let my stay on the machine gun at the end and cover them...No, I have to go kill myself.
Except for Louis of course. The end game music playing to Louis screaming
"GUYS? REMEMBER WHEN I SAID I DIDN'T NEED HELP? WELL I LIED AND NOW I NEED HELP...SOMEBODY?!"
Was probably the highlight of the game, That and three tanks throwing rocks at my battered corpse....

I played it in single player on normal just to see what it was like. After having read the comic I thought it was gonna start with you finding a boat, a level getting to the bridge, and then finally the finale at the bridge. I'm also really happy that they added the old campaigns to the game, as I really liked Dead Air and The Harvest(?)(the farm one).

Is there any reason to get L4D1 anymore?

Oops. They only added No Mercy. I thought they had added everything. Although I wish they would make it so that if you own l4d1 you can play the campaigns in l4d2.

I enjoyed it on L4D 2, my only gripe is the AI - I swear on L4D2 its more retarded than Louis in L4D1, so thus the original gang is on a level of L4D2 dumb making playing solo even on normal quite hard to Sacrifice yourself as you need to run through a horde and 2+ tanks......

But the old AI are too good...I try and kill something only to find the entire horde is dead already. Gets quite annoying.
Also, The melee weapons feel a good bit more solid now, Or is that just me?

They did dumb down the AI in L4D 1 on the xbox (at least in verses) so no sniper Bill or shot gun tank Francis, but it went from ninjas to retards.

L4D AI have always been retarded. thats why you play with friends, through i am worse then the AI.

Nah, The L4D 1 AI was fine.
Also, Zoey with a sniper, Bill with a Machine gun, Francis always has an autoshotty is how it always is for me....And Lois? Screw Lois. Yes Lois.
