Page 95 of the September WD
Man, talk about a slap in the face, if you'll pardon the cliche and standard Internet exaggerated affrontation. "Hey guys, we were too lazy to copy and paste in a vehicle that would be a good addition to our mediocre-to-lousy army list. But it's a really sweet model, and the Forgeworld rules are awesome, you should go buy it, and then ask permission from your opponent to play with it."
/facepalm

Maybe the Repressor? The open topped looking rhino? Here's a link.

I dunno what else it could be.

Sorry, yeah. It's the Repressor. I didn't bother naming it in the OP because it's the only FW model that hasn't ever been a mainstream codex entry. All the other WH/SoB stuff FW offers are alternate conversion kits for codex vehicles.
The 5th edition update for the FW rules for it can be found on the last page of Forgeworld's PDF.
Basically, it's 50 points with dozer blade and the new Rhino freebies (smoke) built in, and sports a pintle-mounted heavy flamer and fire points for 6 models to shoot basic weapons in addition to the single model that gets to fire any weapon out the hatch.
So, yeah. It's the drive-by Rhino.
The way I figure, our list has been moderately functional for so long with 50 point DT's, why shave some points when you can just get better vehicles for the same cost? 7 fire points mean you don't have to get out to do your rapid fire thing, and you get your choice of 1 special/heavy weapon to throw in there, too. That's the majority of your squad, shooting from within a tank.

Wasn't a surprise as it wasn't listed in part 1.
Odd how they're advertising the FW one when the rumour mill says a plastic repressor is complete already. Guess FW has a backlog of repressors no one's ordering they have to shift.
Still, a Rhino with Extra Armour costs as much as a repressor, so i'd consider the repressor worth it for the extra points.
Roll on Sisters of Battle codex in 3 years time that will include it

A seige shield and a box that sits on top of the rhino.
It also doesn't include the detailed front plate or doors that are seen in the picture.

For friendly games, it shouldn't be a problem. And why oh why oh why have they now gone and said "use with opponent's permission" when not even the FW books themselves have that in now?!? Nice continuity there. Do you want people to buy the things or not?
Remember - this is a WD update, not a full-blown Codex with a shit-ton of rules and units. It's something I'd expect to see in any future release, but for now you're a bit stuck. Though to be honest, the idea of a 7 fire-point Rhino with a Dozer Blade and pintle flamer for that few points is perhaps border-line under-costed?
Can someone tell me however - Exorcists. I know they had a photo of the FW version, but was there the mighty metal organ of doom in there too?
This week I am good-naturedly shaking my fist at: Baragash. For being unreasonably reasonable.

Cheaphammer 40p: 2000 points of Marines as cheap as possible.
It'll be alright on the Knight - a slow refreshing of my original Grey Knight army.

Double page spread on page 82-83 includes it in the dead center of their formation, page 96 includes it in the battle report. shot from the rear on page 99.
I played a game against sneggy with new sisters. Due to some damn flukey rolling, we got to see that 6+ Shield of Faith is actually a pretty darn useful ability. I had a rhino ignore about 4 glances and 3 pens before sneggy finally just mass-glanced it into oblivion.

Not as garish you mean. One as a centrepiece perhaps, but I'd flank it by two of the FW ones. It's too much bling otherwise I think.

Yeah, I can see that. When I started collecting Sisters they had none available, so I got a Whirlwind instead. I actually don't really like the Exorcist kit (especially for the cost). I just pimped all the vehicles out with the Immolator bits.
