My army

So its my first post, figured idd tell you what i got
12 leman russ, organised into four squads lead by a vanquisher each. basilisk, chimera, hellhound, sentinal team of three two heavy weapons squads one three heavy bolter the other three auto cannon, and a mortar sectoin. All backed with two plattoons of deep strike infantry with ratling contingent. Oh and my two baneblades for company

That's a lot of tanks. Do you play Apocalypse? because you can only get 9 L.R.s (3 squads of 3) in the normal force chart. and do you have an army list that you usually play with? if so you should post it in the army list forum.

When you say platoons, are you including a company command squad? 'cause if not, then what's your HQ choice?

Also, i think ratlings are a waste. I believe they have a LD of 6, so if one gets picked off, the squad will have to take a LD test, and with such a low LD, they'll most likely fail and have to fall back.

Lastly, i only take vanquishers against heavy armor lists, because other than anti-tank they're useless.
