You're allowed to model and paint however you want....so paint bloodletters green...add some oozing, call them pus-letters and get to it. I think it shows more creativity to find a fluff reason to do something like this. Instead of horns give them antlers similar to the great unclean one. Obviously they don't get bonuses or rules based on how you paint them, but rather what they are in game. So change khorne stuff to nurgle by saying it's X
