2500 Point List looking for critiques
This is my curent list that i use against my friends and plan on taking to tournament next month. I feel like i am doing something wrong as i played my friends IG army and killed over half his army in 2 turns ( he killed 11 models total). Then today i played my friends SM army and wiped it all out in 4 turns he killed one unit that is it.... Now neither of them want to play me again... so all that to say is eldar just this op.... or did i super cheese my list on accident or did i do something in my list that im not suppose to? Also on another note, how do u think this list will do in a competitive tournament situation? Any suggestions are much appreciated.
I run eldrad with the wraithguard unit, The fire dragons in the falcon and howling banshees in the waveserpent.

some extra lines between the units also makes it look pretty

2513 pts total... (if I got all of my math right...HQs:
Eldrad Ulthran 210
Warlock Squadx 5, jetbikes, destructor x4, embolden, singing spear =273
Avatar Of Kaine 155
Troops:
Dire Anveger Squad One x10 , exarch dual catapults, bladestorm =152
Dire Anveger Squad Two x10 , exarch dual catapults, bladestorm =152

Harlequins x10, shadowseer, death jester, troupemaster, power weapon, kisses x9 = 276 (remember harlies are 18 each not 16)
Heavy Support:
War Walker Squadron x2, shuriken cannons x2 each = 80
Falcon, shuriken cannon x2, holo-fields, spirit stones = 175
)
over by a little, but still over which isn't good in my opinion since it's easy to pull out a model or a few upgrades.
Overall
the list looks okay and not overpowered in the least.
you're friends/opponents may have just had bad tactics or all of you might have gotten some rules wrong (often the case when one side gets landslided to a pretty tame looking list)
edit: if after rechecking your rules and not finding any self inflicted problems or mistakes, take it to your tournament if it's a competitive format. if it's more of a casual event you may want to adjust
critiques:
HQ: choices are fine as the Avatar and eldrad go hand in hand. odd to see jetbike warlocks without an accompanying farseer, but eldrad can't take a bike so he's left hoofing it elsewhere.
Elite: I like/love banshees, but really dissappointed in their exarch's powers (stats and gear are fine) which really don't add much to the banshees particularly if your opponent knows what they are doing
-warshout, most close combat opponent's are fearless or high Ld so not likely to fail a moral test; non-CC opponents you're already beating their weaponskill so all you gain is them needing 5's to hit you back in combat if there is any left to attack back, but again not likely to fail that moral test.. so that few points can be put elsewhere IMHO
-acrobatics (counter assault), few opponent's in their right mind will charge a squad of Initiative 10s that all have power weapons, even orks will stand and shoot. but if you're opponent base is gullible enough to launch headlong into your banshees, then keep using this power until they learn the hard way to improve their tactics.
- as mentioned banshees should be shot to death and most opponents know to do so quickly, because of this they usually need to hide somewhere safe untill they can be brought upon the enemy forces at full strength.. aka they should have a wave serpent to ride around in (it's not an assault craft like a land raider, but the girls are fleet and serpents are pretty durable so you can get into a decent possition to disembark>move>run>assault in the next turn)
harlies: they are a close combat unit, so the deathjester is a bit out of place, since these guys are/should be constantly running after opponents. so another option that isn't really needed so you can save the points
troops:
all decent choices, dire avengers should probably have wave serpents too, but if you're opponents let them get into firing range from foot, then I see no need to alter you list
heavy support:
no a fan of shuriken cannon war walkers, maybe if they were solo walkers that were out-flanking, but as fire support for the rest of the army, they are really underranged compared to what opponent's can bring to take them out. so at least I give my walkers scatter lasers since this will keep them out of range of small arms fire and force the opponent to waste vital long ranged anti-tank weapons to kill puny walkers (saving the heavier threats like wave serpents, jetbike councils, wraithguard, etc... from such heavy weapons)
also not a fan of falcons. BS3 on a gunship is pretty harsh when nothing it carries is twin-linked. sure it can put out a ton of shots but only if it moves slowly, which puts it at risk of being assaulted, and again it needs all of those shots to offset it's poor balistic skill. I much prefer wave serpents, they are cheaper than tooled falcons and their weapon system is twin-linked so it's does a better job of landing hits even if those are few shots fired, as not having too many guns means it can keep moving cruising speed and still put out maximum damage (keeping themselve safe from assault units wishing to capitialize on fragile rear armor). lastly serpents are dedicated transports so they dont eat up FOC slots... not a big deal but worth considering if you like some of the other heavy support offerings in the eldar codex (war walkers, fire prisms, wraithlords... even support platforms)

WOW XD lol 18 points so missed that.
thank you. SO i need to take out some things. let me see wave serpent without spirit stones now and take off the singing spear on the wraithguard warlock. and that sould be 2500 exactly.
Any other suggestions? Or maybe tactics that you would use with this amy. I can change things up since i have not bought all the models yet.
