Apoc advice needed

Hey guys, I'm about to take part in a 40,000pt Apoc team battle where I've been allocated 5,000pts to fill so I was wondering if anyone could provide any tips on what to take. I've been given free reign on what sourcebooks I can use. I do plan on bringing painbosses and running cybork spanner boyz. I will also be running a speed-freaks style army with hordes of boyz loaded up into battlewagons supported by several superheavy tanks

Is there anything else that I should add?

Mega dreadz, more boyz in battlewagons, a squiggoth or two, more boyz (possibly in a battle wagon..) an infantry horde (100 models+ with Waaagh every turn) more boyz in battle wagons, 10 grots and more boyz.
At least if the boyz break they can always join or re-group into the horde. Oh, better take some more boyz, just in case.

Thanks for the advice guys, I've started to build my list. Quick question though. In a standard Apoc game, can I take options from the IA books and the standard codex (i.e. can I take a standard ork boyz unit alongside a spannerboyz unit in an apoc game)?
