mordak 2000 pt list help rush?
Mordrak - 5 x ghost knights – alchions – 1x hammer - 2x halberd = 400
1 x stormraven = 205
1 x stormraven – teleport homer = 220
3 x dreadknight – sword – incinerator = 555
Coteaz- 100
2 x 5 – Terminators – 2 x psycannon = 450
1930
so mordrak deepstrikes in the raven with the homer and the next round the next raven and a squad of 5 termis plus coteaz deep strike for support, hopefully all 3 dreadknights get scout if not the left over ones deepstrike to the ravens position as well. II have 70 pts left over any advice?

why use coteaz? he really has no use unless youre running a lot of henchmen (which you have zero of). id suggest losing him and spending that now 170 points on a librarian. i think having the dreadknights with a psycannon and no sword would be more prudent.

Falchions? Fail-chions more like. The best GKT upgrades are the free ones, so use those.
Trim the Dreadknights - a hammer will do you just as good and for far fewer points, or even the fists (+1 attack remember).
Also, what Jett said.
This week I am good-naturedly shaking my fist at: Baragash. For being unreasonably reasonable.
Sex, drugs and pointy ears.
Cheaphammer 40p: 2000 points of Marines as cheap as possible.
It'll be alright on the Knight - a slow refreshing of my original Grey Knight army.
Cordova: In my head you're eight foot tall, always carry an officer's sabre, and speak like Theoden at the battle of Pelennor Fields.
Grey Knights don't go to heaven: they go to hell and regroup.

yep a librarian attached to mordrak's unit can definitely come in handy. i had one DS in, clip 2 rhinos that were close together with his template weapon, destroying one and immobilizing the other. the next round, the unit soaked up a bunch of shots from 2 oblits and a PM squad, and the librarian used the power again to kill off 70% of the PM and 2 of the oblits

2000 points and a mere 10 models as Troops. Not enough. Nowhere near enough. If you want hoppy death, Personal Teleporter the DKs and take the Inteceptors as Strike Squads instead.

how about this build / i deepstrike the dreadknights that dont get to scout.
Mordrak –- 5 x ghost knights = 400 (all with hammers)
3 x dreadknight – sword – incinerator = 555
Librarian – teleport homer– 3 powers – 2 servo skulls = 190 (sanctuary and quicksilver, might of titan)
2 x Strike squad –psycanon = 220
2 Purifier squad –2xpsycanon– (one squad 1 hmr – 2 hlbr)(other squad 3 halbrid) = 295
4 x Razorback– assault cannon– psyammo = 340

mordrak is decent, probably dont need hammers on all of his bodyguards. you do not need or want THREE dreadknights at this point level; even two is pushing it. also, the sword is nifty, but its a gimmick. shave the points and stick with fists instead. you still only have ten actual troops with your two 5-man GKSS's. granted you do have grand strategy to make the purifier unit scoring, but its not something you want to bank on. psy-backs, perfect.
if youre really set on deepstriking things, you can use the servo-skulls and teleport homer, but dont become reliant on them. try marching stuff across the board from time to time and see what really works best for you and what you play against. just be aware that being effective with deepstriking is extremely hard. more times than i can count have my deepstriking units been wiped out before i even had a chance to use them (varying factors leading to their demise).
a suggestion based on what i think you want to do: drop the swords on the DK's, lose one of them altogether, and trade the psycannons on the purifiers for incinerators and trim a little of the fat on them. this can then yield you something like this (pending models available):
400 - mordrak w/ 5 body guards
195 - librarian, teleport homer, servo-skull x3, 3 psychic powers
130 - 6-man GKSS, psycannon
130 - 6-man GKSS, psycannon
130 - 6-man GKSS, psycannon
151 - 6-man purifier squad, incinerator x2, halberd, hammer
151 - 6-man purifier squad, incinerator x2, halberd, hammer
250 - 5x razorback w/ psybolt ammo
160 - dreadknight w/ heavy incinerator
160 - dreadknight w/ heavy incinerator
this leaves 143 points to spend somewhere (psycannons on the dk's, weapon upgrades for librarian, etc.) and yields 18 standard grey knight troops and some purifiers with a little heavy support and everyone has a psy-back to ride in (which is why i broke everything down into 6-man groups).

if youre planning a lot of 2v2 and both members of the team are building lists to complement each other and help cover the others weaknesses it would be helpful to know what youre pairing with commonly and what is being ran. then we can help kinda tailor the list more towards what specific needs has to be filled.

ok right now he has anything you could want dark eldar, mech ig, and some new necrons coming in. iv played a couple with him so far with my blood angels and we got shot to death. once i have his list ill post them to get feedback. one guy in his necrons list lets us take first if on a 4 or more plus cotez is a cool combo, but im working on diff builds, mostly he is gonna have more troops and hold obj while i fight.

Yeah, Mr Boring aka "The Stormlord". You'll find him in pretty much every Necron list going, at least to start with. Hopefully it'll just be a phase that will be grown out of, much like the "zomg, must take Crowe!!!1!1" phase that blighted GK lists to start with.
If they go first, let them. Deploy defensively or not at all and Reserve your stuff in.

Yes. The single worst piece of wargear in the entire Necron Codex.

Staff of Light at least has shooting attacks with good strength and AP. But why you'd swap it for a Warscythe I don't know.
