i currently have one Soul Grinder, and i was talking to some friends who had said that i should get a second one because they're useless alone. What do you guys think?

Complete nonsense. I used to have that thought until I realised, even with 2 Soulgrinders, the chance that they'll both arrive at the same time is minimal anyway.

However, being a Daemon with AV13 they're hard as nails to take out as it is. My Soulgrinders have won me games even when they come on a few turns apart.

Thanks for the quick response. I'll keep that in mind.

You only have to remember that soulgrinders are the only units with an armour value for chaos daemons. If you only field one it will recieve allot of enemy fire.

If you field 2, they'll still attract a lot of fire as, as I said above, they'll rarely arrive on the board at the same time.

Depends, if you put them in the same wave you want first on the board you have a 66% chance they will arrive together.

I personally make my waves as even as possible so that no matter what wave I get, it's always the right one. So that's usually a Soulgrinder in each wave.
