    Slaanesh/Khorne army?

With what i have now, my army is almost entirely slaanesh with a little khorne. Should i diversify?

It would help if you told us what units you had.

If you're not capturing objectives very well, or feel you need to do some shooting, yes. If you feel like you're doing okay, then no.

Keeper of secrets, 20 Daemonettes, Fiend of Slaanesh, 10 Bloodletters of Khorne, 5 Flesh Hounds of Khorne, Bloodcrusher of Khorne, Skulltaker, Karanak, Soul grinder, Beast of Nurgle, Epidemius, (forces of Nurgle unnecessary for 1850 point total) This was mostly a box set and i know the flesh hounds are not that great.

Flesh Hounds have their place, like most everything in the codex (bar Furies and Beasts of Nurgle).

As I said before, it's completely down to whether you think more toughness and/or more shooting. If you don't, then you don't need to expand into Nurgle and Tzeentch. The models you own doesn't really dictate whether you should or shouldn't. It's completely down to personal preference.
