Manreaper
Just a quickly.
What was the decision on how the Manreaper works? Does it get +1S for being a "Normal" Daemon Weapon, or is it Poisoned (4+) for being wielded by a model with Mark of Nurgle?
I honestly can't remember what the consensus was on this, and I don't think it was ever FAQ'd.
Necrons
Dark Eldar
Death Guard
Nurgle Daemons
Traitor Guard

I would say that Typhus (who carries the only Manreaper I think) would get the Poisoned one. He's got to have something, right? And anyway, I take it as it's a "normal" Daemon weapon that gets the Nurgle bonus once he picks it up, due to his Mark of Nurgle.
This week I am good-naturedly shaking my fist at: Baragash. For being unreasonably reasonable.

Cheaphammer 40p: 2000 points of Marines as cheap as possible.
It'll be alright on the Knight - a slow refreshing of my original Grey Knight army.
Cordova: In my head you're eight foot tall, always carry an officer's sabre, and speak like Theoden at the battle of Pelennor Fields.
Grey Knights don't go to heaven: they go to hell and regroup.

how to navigate on the GW website since it's behind a few tabs

games-workshop.com > Gaming > Errata & FAQ Articles > Warhammer 40K FAQs > Next ( since they put a nearly worthless page inbetween the 40K tab and the actual FAQ links )
direct shortcut::

quick question although i think i know the answer, does warptime allow you to re-roll rolls to penatrate say if i was using BoT or in close combat, i know it says hit & wound but penatrating is kind of wounding in a way?

It also follows the rules for Daemon Weapons meaning +1d6 attacks (or 0 attacks and wound yourself if you roll a 1)
Q: Does Typhus’ weapon, Manreaper, follow all the
rules on page 93 for Daemon weapons? (p55)
A: Yes.

Which, while cool, is still a pity that it's a nurgle daemon weapon. I prefer the generic daemon weapon, +1S and +D6 attacks...10-11 S5 attacks is pretty nasty imho. Much better at carving up infantry than wounding on 4's.
The Manreaper, is actaully better at reaping MC's than men.
Good judgement comes from experience, alot of that comes from bad judgement

don't neglect that these are poison wounds, and Typhus being S4 lets him re-roll failed wounds on marines and weaker.
the only time you really see a generic Daemon weapon do better is when you're hitting vehicles
so overall, Typhus is a beast vs anything with wounds, and since the manreaper is also a force weapon, Typhus can put the smack down on multi-wound models with ease

Yup, if only he could do something vs vehicles....

he can with wind of chaos he can do something in glancing not much admittedly but its there
typhus is one of my favourite characters overpriced and underpowered maybe (iniative 5 still nice for nurgle SC IMO) but he's fun to use and feels like a proper nurgle unit.
