Thanks to all for feedback.
Damn, I didn't remember about Instant Death
Yeah, Scarabs can Go to Ground and take cover if a player remembers to do so/knows he should do it. And he not always does
That clears some things up.
So do you think it's worth to attack with Strike Squads for instance Necron Warriors or Immortals in Close Combat? Or try to outshoot them?
And what about those Lychguard? They can be devastating if they charge my Termies. If not, it's easy. But I won't always be able to Warp Rift and charge them first...

Bait and move. Deploy your guys outside of the transports so they can remove any pesky scarabs asap and use the longer ranged weaponry to start chipping away at the Warriors. Hopefully they'll get pissed off from taking damage and move closer. You then move away and keep firing. They move nearer, and eventually they'll get you, but it'll be too late. Shoot, assault, win.
This week I am good-naturedly shaking my fist at: Baragash. For being unreasonably reasonable.
Sex, drugs and pointy ears.
Cheaphammer 40p: 2000 points of Marines as cheap as possible.
It'll be alright on the Knight - a slow refreshing of my original Grey Knight army.
Cordova: In my head you're eight foot tall, always carry an officer's sabre, and speak like Theoden at the battle of Pelennor Fields.
Grey Knights don't go to heaven: they go to hell and regroup.

Lychguard aren't as good in CC as terminators
If they are warscythes, they have no invul save so you will cut them down.
If they are sword + shield, they have 5 str which is decent, but only a 4+ invul. I guess I keep comparing them to storm shield / thunder hammer terminators and in that comparison, there is no comparison. TH/SS Termies will win. I'd say they're easy enough to bring down with firepower.

“A man must know his destiny… if he does not recognize it, then he is lost. By this I mean, once, twice, or at the very most, three times, fate will reach out and tap a man on the shoulder… if he has the imagination, he will turn around and fate will point out to him what fork in the road he should take, if he has the guts, he will take it.” - General George S. Patton

Accept certain inalienable truths: Necrons will rise, invulnerable saves will fail, you too will deep strike off of the table, and when you do you'll fantasize that when you were young Necrons didn't come back, Terminators were gods and the scatter die always read "Hit".

)to beat Necrons, take Meltavets (Henchmen with Meltas), the silly grenades of choice, and take Stormravens with Meltas/Lascannons.
