Summoning Demons
so i read in my codex about summoning demons, and it gives me situations where i could summon the greater demon "When it's ready to be summoned." how do i know when a demon is ready to be summoned, i can't find anything in the rule book for it either so i'm lost...

The summoning daemon rules are just before the army list somewhere (no book to hand to give a page, sorry) - basically daemons are Reserves as per the rulebook, so it's ready to be summoned when it passes it's Reserve roll.
