    Chaos Defiler is it worth?

For some reason, I like it look. However, I didnt see him in any game, is he that bad? I know he has the lowest BS, his armor is low. If i have 1, should i keep the heavy flamer instead of havoc launcher?

a single defiler is usually not a good choice. they do best with some redundancy so you'll need a pair or trio.
-BS is non-issue because their battle cannon is a large blast
-I wouldn't call it's armor low, 12 is respectable. the only draw back for the defiler is that it is such a LARGE target. it draws attention just for its size and lots of hate for that battle cannon; a combination that gets a lot of guns pointed it's way. hence why more than one is key if you expect any of them to actually do some real damage to your opponent

as for loadouts: avoid spending anything beyond the base cost. I run my defilers with the reaper ac and one extra cc weapon. as they draw so much attention immobilize and weapon destroyed results are pretty typical as opponents look to silence the dangerous battlecannon. the reaper autocannon makes for a decent secondary weapon, it has a good range, Str, and two shots so it can still be used to pick on light vehicles or infantry (oh and it's twin-linked so it still hits dispite the defiler's BS). the extra cc weapon is just icing on the cake should it manage to get into close combat.
-I'm not a fan of the heavy flamer, if the defiler is that close to a target I really want the assault and well a TL hvy flamer is likely to kill too much which might allow the intended target to run away. other times the defiler is just not close enough to use a template, so it's running or would be firing the battle cannon
-the havoc launcher, i don't like because it a) cost points, b) while it has good range it's just too weak so it can only target infantry effectively (I also don't like the TL hvy bolter option)... top that with the battlecannon being ordnance so you can't firing anything other gun with it... so I really only keep the reaper on just for a back up gun.

Sybrite speaks the truth. The only thing I'd add is more emphasis on the "looks scary, gets shot at a lot" section, because that's very much the case. They are huge.

    In one word, Yes.

-bs3 doesnt matter, can fire a battle cannon, while moving, then assault.
    -ignores shaken and stunned results
-str 10 for chomping down on any vehicle in the game
-go two close combat weapons for 5 attacks on the charge....after being fleet!
-mobile cover for your Daemon Prince/Rhino/Land Raider
-150pts is not bad at all. sure you could have a possessed str 10 ap2 vindicator for 145....with a 24inch range, and useless when its gun is blown off.

I ran an assault happy khorne army once with berserkers in LR, Kharne, a pair of dreadnaughts and 3 of these bad boys and wrecked shop with the in your face destruction. I love my defilers, and not just because they are models i actually painted =P.

I don't see Defilers played any more and I don't know why either. CSM players locally tend to be very Troop based and don't both tend to use tanks or heavy support options other than Obliterators.
