looks like a good collection.

listwise looks decent as well.

CC chaos terminators don't often make their points back but are still fun to use. when you have some extra points, I'd give them an Icon just too boost them a bit more (khorne is always nice to get that many more attacks in, but I'm partial to Slaanesh CC termies, nothing like seeing your lightning claws going at I5, which really scares other CC elites if you're forced to go toe-to-toe with them)

with the new FAQ, I've been seeing Chaos Dreads in a lighter perspective. but as always with a long range dread setup I'd say you can skip the extra armor

also talking points, Daemonic Possession is great to have, but keep an eye on how often you actually shoot with a chaos Landraider. if it drives around 12 inches at a time constantly as a transport, it may be wise to downgrade DP to slightly cheaper extra armor, but if you do fire with it once or twice a game then stick with DP
