depends on how dedicated you are to scraping off icons...
Assault marines have a bunch of pistols, chainswords, a power axe, a power sword I think, a powerfist and a combat shield....as well as I think a flamer and plasma pistol.
DC...has just cooler bits...that happen to be BA aesthetically

i picked up a grey knights box this week, comes with 9 storm bolters, combat shield, 2 heavy bolters, heavy flamer, like 12-14 power weapons(including 3 halberds and a thunder hammer) a narthicum (or whatever that apoc weapon/staff is called), lots of unique accessory bits plus some less common purity seals that look a lot different that others, lots of extra body parts and shoulder pads. on top of that the grey knight figures look bitchin, especially if you want them for cc figures. i converted them for a vanilla command squad, definetly makes them stand out and gave me the options i wanted too.
