Tau Army for Space Marine Army
As the title suggests, I'm looking to trade my Tau army for a Space Marine Army. Included in the Tau army are:
22 Fire Warriors (10 pts each) ($35 for 12)
3 Crisis Suits (35 pts each as bodyguards or shas'vre) ($24.75 each)
1 Commander Suit (90 pts) ($30)
1 Hammerhead (140 pts) ($49.50)
1 Broadside (70 pts) ($35)
3 Shield Drones
1 Marker Drone
3 Pathfinders w/rail rifles ($15)
6 "Custom Made" Sniper Drones (took 6 drones and attached plasma rifles to them. Essentially all a sniper drone is, except the rail gun has a little empty space down the middle. Whoopty-do. Guess some 'puritans' might have problems with this, but I'm orky at heart. Can easily be changed back into gun drones, have plenty of bits to do so.) 2 Drone Controllers included, as is necessary for a unit of 6 sniper drones.
Large collection of misc. bits, many weapons and other things.
Almost all are painted, a few still are only primed but will probably be finished being painted. Paint consists of a black primer coat, then Adeptus Battlegrey painted on armor pieces, helmets, and weapons, and then I used Hawk Turquoise to highlight the edges of the armor. Looks very, very good (if I do say so myself).
Willing to trade for a Space Marine army of equal base point or cash value. Base points, this Tau army is approximately 800 points. After upgrades though (if you know Tau at all, that's where the real point value comes in), they will be closer to around 1250. Retail price (as listed in the Games Workshop website) is over $250, plus the time that went into painting them and cost for paint materials. (not going to include the sniper drone team in that estimate, since they're just modified regular drones.) If being traded for an unpainted (or badly painted) army, will require additional models from Space Marine end to make up for time necessary to paint or repaint said models. If the Space Marines are well painted, then kudos, we'll go straight up value trade. Also, though I prefer basic Space Marines (i.e. Ultramarines), I will entertain offers from other Space Marine chapters (Grey Knights, Blood Angels, etc).
I'll be posting pictures of the army once the last few fire warriors and crisis suit are painted (little buggers are annoying).
I still like this Tau army, and although I would like a good space marine army more, I'm happy to keep them unless I find a really good deal I like. So, if you're interested, post up your reply offer with an army list similar to the one I did above.
Geeze that was long. Alright, interested on seeing what pops up!

Update
Updating this advertisement. One crisis suit and the Broadside have been traded, along with all my bits. Got a full 10 man vanguard squad, a few tactical marines and a terminator armor chaplain. Not a bad deal, methinks.
Anyway, this leaves 1 Commander Suit, 2 Crisis Suits, 24 fire warriors, 3 Pathfinders w/rail rifles and assorted drones still to be traded. Oh, and the Hammerhead.
For those wanting to buy any of these, I'll accept 2/3 retail value, plus shipping. For trade, even 1:1 on cost or point values, depending on if they're something I want or need. Right now I'm interested in Captain Shrike, terminators, tactical marines, assault marines, and dreadnaughts, preferably with twin-linked lascannons.
