Need some help guys!

Hey guys, a friend and I have been 40k for a little while now and we've got around 2000 pts each, and we both really want to expand to fantasy, and I chose Vampire Counts, however, I'm pennyless and I would love to know how much I would have to buy to start up a small army, so if I post some of the units I would like, could someone tot up the basic points for me, would be such a help, cheers guys

vampire

at least two units of skeleton warriors

crypt ghouls

grave guard

black knights or hex wraiths

possibly some vargheists/crypt horrors, but it depends on points


I have no idea how many points this would come to, but I want to make an army that I want to enjoy making, painting and playing with and I love the look of all of these units

It all depends what size game you're playing. In fantasy, we don't have a force organisation chart - The amount you HAVE to invest in core (troops) and the maximum you can spend on your lord and hero (two different HQ categories) as well as special and rare (like heavy support and elites) are percentile.
You'll also need more than one vampire or necromancer to play VC. If your general dies and there's no other wizard, your army starts crumbling to nothing.
