Hey guys,

I'm Adam, I've joined the forum because you seem to have a great atmosphere. Also, if I'm going to be blissfully truthful, I did join to advertise my Podcast. But I've been lurking and I can quite clearly see what a nice community you have. You've welcomed my advertising thread and accepted it (better than Bolter and Chainsword - deleted it with no comment to me)

But I shall hopefully join in with some conversation and will also be looking for peoples help on subjects for my Podcast.

A bit more about *me* though, I'm near enough 19 (give it a week

) I play Ultramarines 2nd Company (boo?), Chaos Marines (largely Khorne and Tzeentch), Tau and Dark Angels the latter too not breaking the 1000pt boundry and are largely for a Uni project.

I reside in London at University, London is a fantastic city. After growing up and spending 18 years of my life in the Country (Wiltshire) I can safely say - I've really missed out.

I began Warhammer 40k back in 2006 after I attended a "Model Making and War Gaming" session in school, funnily enough. And I was hooked, I'd always been a console gamer, but I really began seeing the benefits and bonuses of playing on the tabletop, socialising being the main one. Since then, I've had a few months here and there where I have drifted from the hobby, but I think that's natural for most people and can't be helped. But now being at University I have a lot of "me time" living in a room on my lonesome

But anyway, thanks for reading, and I hope to get to know some of you!

There's a difference between advertising and linking to something hobby-related that you do. As long as you're part of this community, you're welcome to link to any of your own creative material

Thank you very much, I can see it's going to be a good relationship with this site

Hopefully I'll get a Project log going ASAP, for my Dark Angels.
