Update?

I've heard rumors of the Eldar being updated this year. Does anyone know anything about this?

From What I have seen, 40k is really up in the air atm. Black Templars are almost definitely going to be the next release, and then we should have one more xenos release before 6th hits in the summer. I am confident that Eldar will be in our hands by years end, but I don't know why.

They've just had their big ol' FW book, but the two are often unrelated (alas ). There's nothing solid unfortunately. The current rumours indicate Black Templars next, then Tau, then 6th Edition, Chaos Legions and after that it's anyone's guess.

By chaos legions, do you mean Daemons or CSM?

Legions are the original legions of marines that split in the heresy.

According to the rumor mill: Eldar should be around the end of the year if EB's order is correct...which rumors indicate it will be. Though honestly it could be anywhere in the next year

Unfortunately as they say all you can do is guess. But really they don't need it that bad, they are still competing good and proper with 5th ed codexes. Also those other armies really could use the update (Those poor templars :/) and nothing has been heard of tau in a while either.

You know we should hire a PI to infiltrate GW someone like the great Sherlock Holmes, except well... alive. At any rate I hate all this guess work.. Not to mention, for the most part, the armies that really don't need the attention (cough cough ULTRAMARINES!) seem to recieve the most... its just plain upsetting <,<.
