Stasis Fields and Psychic Powers

I know stasis fields effectively stop time, but what effect do they have on psychic powers and warp-sensitive materials? For example, could an Eldar sense the psychic field of a piece of wraithbone encased in a stasis field? Could they use their divination on the contents of a stasis field?

We can't really say, since we don't know the underlying physics of the devices. If it's anything like experiencing extreme time-dilation as you approach a black hole, then you would be able to detect something standing still in time, as long as the gravitational effects aren't stopping light from escaping.

Obviously it's incredibly hard to say, especially since the Warp dicks around with Time as well.
