Crimsion Fists 500 Point Army !HELP!

Hello all! I am thinking of starting a Crimsion Fist army (Stupid Black Templars and their possible new codex!!!) Anywho, I have settled on a Crimsion Fist army. Well not settled, I have alwayed LOVED Pedro. So anyway if anyone has any ideas on a 500 point army that is relatively cheap! I don't want to blow loads of money on a "Maybe" army. Depending on even their tactics. I haven't watched many Tactic videos or anything like that yet, but I am pretty confident with this choice. Seems to be a good idea. So anyways tell me what you guys think! Btw I will be playing a Tau player, Ork player, and a CSM player. Non have created their list yet so I can't really help with their lists.

maybe just run a proxy army for now to get a feel for it then you could make a sound decision on whether or now you like it. pedro does have some nice abilities too but you could still run him in a vanilla army.
