The plan was to have the farseer sat in the falcon with the small unit of DA to long range snipe with guide on pulse and EML, plus capture obj.
The other option is to drop one of the Vypers and upgrade the small DA squad to have an Exarch, Shimmer shield / Power wep, and also 2 more DA to the bigger squad
Well please be brutal, and like i said any feedback and advise would be great!

You are on a good start and I play eldar pretty heavily.
Here is my advice:
First drop the wave serpent for the fire dragons and put the fire dragons in the Falcons. Basically send your fire dragons to what needs to die and kill it and then use the falcon to harass.
If your guardians are going in the wave serpent drop the scatter laser platform and switch them to storm guardians w/ flamers or meltas ( I prefer flamers on everything that is less than BS4) If they are not going in a wave serpent then leave them as is and just sit them on an objective.
If you want to use bladestorm you want to take advantage of it and max out the squad and make sure whatever you shoot at is dead since you are not going to shoot next turn and you're not great at assault.
Vypers won't survive on their own they need to be in a squad usually you want them in 3's. Make one bare bones cheap and allocate to that one constantly. The only way you keep them in ones is for contesting objectives last turn.
Consider pathfinders to I find them great for sitting on an objective and having snipers to deal with the occasional high toughness monster or terminator because they can rend them on 5's is great.
I rarely use 2 fire prisms but 1 is always okay. The reason although the combined shot is cool if you miss with that you get so sad on the inside. I prefer a falcon cause it can serve a dual role of transport and fire machine. So when your enemy gets the can't shoot on you you don't feel so bad and you just carry on transporting the troops somewhere.
You might even consider wanting to find the points for eldrad because he is a boss but that's just me...
Happy Hunting!

For what its worth I really don't think dragons in falcons are great as you need to get close to high av jump out and melt it, with falcons they charge you for the pulse laser and and its designed to sit back and fire, wave serpents are perfect for moving flat out and not firing for a turn whilst standing up better to the meltas etc that the falcon would attract, for getting expensive cargo from A to B serpents do it better imo

Ok thanks for the advise, I've done some tweaking and this is what i ended up with:
HQ
--------------------
Farseer - Doom, Rune of Ward, Rune of Wit, Guide, Spirit Stones - 135 Pts
Elites
--------------------
Fire Dragons x5 - 80 Pts
Wave Serpent - T/L Shiriken Cannon, Spirit Stones - 110 Pts
Fire Dragons x5 - 80 Pts
Wave Serpent - T/L Shiriken Cannon, Spirit Stones - 110 Pts
Troops
--------------------
Dire Avengers x5 - 60 Pts
Storm Guardians x10 - Flamers x2, Warlock, Destructor - 127 Pts
Wave Serpent - T/L EML, Spirit Stones - 130 Pts
Dire Avengers x8 - Exarch, Dual Shiriken Cata, Blade storm - 128 Pts
Wave Serpent - T/L EML, Spirit Stones - 130 Pts
Heavy Support
-------------------
Falcon - EML, Holo, SS - 180 Pts
Fire Prism - 115 Pts
Fire Prism - 115 Pts
Total 1500 Pts
Ok so this time farseer will ride with either Storm guardians or DA squad with blade storm to guide / doom. Ive kept the falcon with EML and holo to hopefully attract some fire power. Small DA squad in Flacon for scoring. 2x Fire dragon squads for tank hunting or termies etc. and their wave serpent only hase T/L SC as i dont think it will last long. Now 2 options, either i keep the Storm guardian squad and try to find 20 pts to add enhance and embolden to them, or swap the squad with exactly the same ad the Blade storming squad of Dire avengers, but would need to shave 1 point from somewhere. If you guys could help with this final question the i think im there!
Again as always thanks for the help peeps!
Also just out of curiosity, is haveing 7 Grave tanks a scary thought for an Opponent?

Pretty good looking list imo mobile has both anti tank and crowd control, only reservations I have is over the SG but no suggestions as to what to swap them with and 3 flamers is always fun

Falcon only having BS 3 kills ya to sit back and shoot with it. Falcon with holofield turbo boosting towards you almost never dies. I have only had it wrecked once ever. Always put holo fields if you can. It makes your vehicles more survivable then land raiders IMO. Wave Serpents aren't that scary, holofields are.
Try one game with 3 Falcons with HF and SS and watch your opponent just roll his eyes
. Most experienced players don't even bother shooting at the Falcon you just ignore it and deal with everything else.
My Wave Serpents never have a weapon better then Shuriken Cannon and that's where I usually save my points.
I am only preaching what I have been most successful at with my own style of play. No one here is right or wrong. What works for me might not work for you.

The 2 fire prisms are great vs MEQ: the TL large blast is ap 3, will rarely scatter much, and is enough to deny most of his infantry their armor save. You can fire two focused shots to kill termies or armor. I would hesitate to field a single prism against MEQ.
You can give the DA exarch a shimmershield, it'll help them survive power weapons. If so, you can use fortune on them they can tie up an enemy squad to give you breathing room. You could drop a prism and take some scorpions or banshees for some CC support, unless you're fighting MEQ.
