Why would they be able to? Pretty much all space marine homeworlds are classed as death worlds so I doubt very much they're any better at sensing the leaper. Rather they're tougher and more competent should one appear.

I'm thinking this pretty much ends with the phrase: Being from a deathworld would have no help to detecting a lictor...maybe...MAYBE they'd be better at seeing through its camouflage if they were looking in the general area and saw movement. But the lictor is a stealth machine
