Hi matt , id prob swap the lightning claw for a relic blade , your not gaining a extra attack with it ( LC have to twinned ) and the extra strenth comes in handy .
lack of transport but then your probably going to let them come to you ( cos they love to charge ) and wittle as much as you can before CC.
NECRONS from 1/1/12
W/L/D

Perhaps add a cyclone missile launcher to your terminators? I think this is an effective use of 30 points since the CML gets two shots and the unit can still move and use the thing, plus as an added bonus the guy that has the CML can also still fire his stormbolter. I know my husband likes his against my orks and it seems to be quite effective and versatile.
If you anticipate fighting the usual horde army, I think the heavy reliance on flamers is a good choice. I also agree with the relic blade. Also agree that most ork players will come to you, you definitely don't have to go to them.
If you know that you are playing an annihilation game, then no problem with them all coming to you, but if you are rolling for mission and may end up with some form of objective, if your opponent doesn't send everything at you, you might end up having some movement-based objective problems toward the end of the game due to a total lack of fast attack in your army. Yes, the predator can move 12" but in my experience those tanks seldom last until the end of the game.
