50 infantry is both the necrons and the eldar. Trying to get both armies done. Necrons dont have any vehicles left though. Only run 1 monolith. Dont like all this Necron Skimmer nonsene. Onwards my horde of zombie robots.

You could make a tune out of that. Instead of "onward christian soliders", make it "onward zombie robots" and sing it as you crush all before you.

There is only one track that needs to be played over and over when you're on a painting deadline. Wagner's 'Ride of the Valkyries'. Stick it on repeat and throw away the remote. THEN PAINT! PAINT FOR ALL YOU'RE WORTH!!

starting to flag a bit now to be honest, got one vendetta to the white stage - just need to finish it off and made some scenic bases for the two planes that need painting - really unsure how much will get painted today, since i'm out tonight - but the final push will be tomorrow since i have that off work. Also need to grab more photos when get the time (hopefully tonight)

ok i'm painted out for the day! sooo close.

everything done now except - need to finish off both vendetta conversion kits. and paint up details on 1 vendetta, and then build both cockpits (bits are painted just need assembly) so close now, will have to get up early tomorrow to finish it and try to grab a group photo of the whole lot. Because certainly can't afford to stay up late painting tomorrow with a 4.00 start to the day on Saturday!

cheers guys, will go back and tidy up/add in details to the tanks before my next tournament though also changing that list slightly me thinks as a colussus might need to find it's way in....oh and as a reward to myself picked up this from forgeworld! a tank to go in my tanks! (and this won't take very long to paint at all!)

got a win in all three games so that was good going.

Alas was bloody but not really hard fought:

floored my first opponnent in 20 minutes (space marines) and the 2nd was a mass ork horde which died in droves for kill points and the final one was against black templars (with a storm raven...hmmm.) and after a few words from the organisers i even let that player kill something, and didn't totally floor him - though i did learn need something better to deal with big units of guys in cover.
