Can some interpret this for me?

What I'm trying to figure out is, does this rule only apply when the unit is initiating an assault/assaulting into an enemy unit. Or is this something that happens every assault turn? And do they have to be in a DC unit?

For instance if I have a chaplain attached to a basic assault squad and a death company separate from them, will that DC be able to re-roll failed rolls to wound always or does the Chaplain have to be with them?

Furious Charge:
"In a turn in which they assaulted into combat..."

shoot in the shooting phase, assault in the assault phase...these happen every turn whether it was on a charge or the turn after the charge? right or wrong. I just want to get this straight before I get called a cheater again. This is my 2nd week of playing BA and I'll admit that I'm a noob. So be easy.

I read it to mean that it is only on the turn in which he first assaults and as far as the DC go, he would have to be attached to the unit. Thats how I understand it.

It's only on the turn in which the unit conducts a charge.
