This or That? Necrons vs GK vs Chaos Marines 2000pts

So I have an upcoming tourney (mostly casual players) and Ive narrowed it down to 3 lists. Looking for feed back as to which you feel is strongest/most fun to play, and any suggestions to fine tune them. Entry fee is $10 so its more bragging rights than anything else (but I am 2 time defending champ)

List 1. The necrons. I dont have any of the fancy conversions to try out Nightscythes/Doomscythes, so Im going with the models I have. I also only own 1 Tomb Spyder, and 3 old school Wraiths so using them would be limited:

The Nemes Z/Lychguard Unit would be my deathstar, moving around as needed with Monolith Portals for fast deployment across field. Barge would go elite troop hunting, Monoliths would throw pie plates, imotekh would do his lightning thing, supported by a block of warriors sitting back on objective. 2 destroyers would try to blow up tanks as able.

On the Necrons, I wouldn't put Harbringers of Destruction in a unit of Tesla Immortals. Tesla is good against infantry and lacklustre against vehicles, which you'll want to aim the Eldritch lance at. Instead I'd give them a Harbringer of Storm or Transmogrification.

i like the chaos list. Just beware that the new faq says that warptime has to re-roll all wounds or none...you can not take the ones that failed to wound and leave the ones that wounded

You need to take out all the points costs for upgrades. It's against Forum rules due to copyright issues.

Your Strike Squads have too much fat on them. Drop the upgrades all together. If you're taking a 6-man unit in a Psyback, chances are you'll only need the Psycannon anyway. Searchlight are good if you've spare points, that's about it.

Terminators - special weapons goes on the Halberdier. Because when in CC, the sword carriers will take the heavier hits with their improved Inv save, but it's still only 50/50. If they pass, great. If they fail and are carrying the special, that's baaaaad with a captial BAD.

Everything else is fairly straight forward. Heavy Psilencer is gank though. Take it off and post it back to GW, they're pointless for all-comers lists.
