My eldar force

So I have collected for a while but never really got a chance to play now, and I have realized that I have made some mistakes with unit choices in buying.

Before anyone criticizes, most of this stuff was given as gives over the last 3 or 4 years to me so i didn't have choices on what i usually got they surprised me with something the guy at gw gave them to get. But all the same i appreciate everything i got all the same. Just need to figure out the best way to use it all, and if i don't use a squad they still look cool / fun to paint.

Also i realize that i have a lot of aspect special Characters but they can be used as exarchs just look a little cooler or that is my thinking

Currently i have
HQ
2farseer, spears
Eldrad
5 or 6 warlocks
Autarch (wings sword, and pistol)

Elites:
Striking scorpions 8( or 10) +1 exarch
6 fire dragons, (fugan as exarch)
3 wrait-guard ( just got 2 more to make 5) (+1 warlock)
5 harlequin 1 troop master, 1 shadow seer (just got them look cool and seem like they can perform well just high pts)

Troops
two 12 guardian squads each with weapon platform (not fixed so I can swap, I usually have used star cannons, but I might give scatter lazers a chance)
maybe 8 dire avengers but not assembled yet ( i have the special DA char as well)
3 regular bikes
6 rangers

Fast attack
Single viper (I know if it is going to be effective I need at least 1 more mostlikely 2 more)
3 shinning spears
1 warlock on bike (believe its the wild rider model from days of old) but could pass for warlock on bike and has a sword

Heavy,
1 d-cannon platform
2 wrath-lords
2 falcons
1 wave serpent
1 fire prism (old metal turret not the cool new one)
4 reapers (1 with web of skulls) and mugan the aspect warrior (i use for exarch)

My primary opponents will be by friend, chaos, my brother Space marines, by other friend, deamon hunter with spacemarines or chaos.

Usually when i've played i have won, by either using both wraitlords guardians with platforms and starcannons dark reapers farseer and a warlock, rangers and just out shot them or using falcons and fire prism and just out shot and got guardians and hq to objectives.
I've also done more of a cheezy build with 3 wraitlords freseer and guardians (2 squads) and i think rangers in a 500 pts battle, it was a little overpowered i felt since a large portion of their army couldn't even touch them and what could i nuked fast / avoided

But now that i've completed the scorpions i've realized that they are no good againt 3+ armor save and were probably a waste of money, i'm excited for harquines they seem good with kisses going to try them out, with the wraithguard + 1 warlock, i also like the autarch since daemon hunters and chaos have anti pyser abilities sometimes so its fun to run a no pyser eldar build i find to make them waste pts defending againt it or countering it.

Any suggestions to my army or idea for strategies that i should employ i think i'm going to get another 2 D-cannon support platforms for sure since they are always nice to field.

Also is it possible to order just the head of a wave serpent? or the head of a fire prism so i can turn my falcons into Troop transports and get more tanks on the field that way? with out buying more?

Also now that i live close to a GW Im considering going down for games after i get my stuff painted and the rules learned good before it was like a 3 hour drive now its like 20mins so its doable to game finally

Hi there! You have a lot of nice models there.
There's something that jumped out at me as I read your post. Those units in your 500pts army would AT LEAST cost:

Edited your post Shining Finger. Please refrain from posting individual point costs. The total is fine, but we'd rather not have exact points for each model/upgrade. I know it is difficult to prove your point of being over points limit without listing each upgrade, but let's just leave it at you can't fit a farseer, 2 squads of guardians, rangers and 3 wraithlords in 500 points.
