Other Space Marine Based armies

I have a medium force of Space Marines based around the sable swords painting scheme and i was wondering if i could use squads from other space marine armies ( Blood Angels, Space wolves) as standard guys. Such as Vangaurd veterans as Sanguairy Gaurd from blood angels. Is this alright as long as i tell my opponents what each unit counts as?

using the models should be fine as long as thyre representative ( normal termies as SW termies ,jump troop rep BA jump troop options ) and youre not using tac squads to rep terminators
and scouts to rep jump infantry .
( you aretalking about models and not actually taking units from other codexis because mix and match thatsa no no )
