    Copyright Litigation Settlement

Seems like this one came in under the radar last month:

    http://investor.games-workshop.com/2...on-settlement/
Games Workshop and Paulson Games are pleased to announce the settlement of the copyright litigation commenced by Games Workshop in federal court in Chicago. Paulson Games and Games Workshop have agreed on the range of products Paulson Games is permitted to sell without violating Games Workshop’s claimed rights in its Warhammer 40,000 characters and have agreed to terminate the litigation between them. Games Workshop’s case against Chapterhouse Studios continues.
Not sure what Paulson Games sold before the lawsuit, but it seems they can still legally sell perfectly acceptable substitutes for Tyranid Boneswords andThunderwolf mounts.

Meanwhile, Chapterhouse continues their trend with a new line of magnetic turret kits specifically designed for the Razorback and Storm Raven.

Oooh. It's likely that GW said something along the lines of "You can sell it if we don't make it" or something like that.

    Pun always intended.

Well they changed the names of the items. We all know the alien bio sword is really a tyranid bone sword.

Unlike chapterhouse who repeatedly use Gw trademarks to this day

    That's the difference.
