Sons of Malice Brass Scorpion and Predator
Here are a couple minis that I painted on commission a little while ago, and just never got around to posting here.
Overall, I really like the Sons of Malice color scheme- especially on vehicles. It is a very strong scheme that stands out nicely.
Anyway, here are the minis:

That Scorpion rates easily in my top 5 models of all time. That thing is immense! Great to see a different scheme for it too, love it. Nicely done as well, which with white can be a bitch. Can't say I'm equally enthusiastic about the Predator however. It's nice enough, but the quality of finish doesn't look the same as the Scorpion to me.
This week I am good-naturedly shaking my fist at: Baragash. For being unreasonably reasonable.
Sex, drugs and pointy ears.
Cheaphammer 40p: 2000 points of Marines as cheap as possible.
It'll be alright on the Knight - a slow refreshing of my original Grey Knight army.
Cordova: In my head you're eight foot tall, always carry an officer's sabre, and speak like Theoden at the battle of Pelennor Fields.
Grey Knights don't go to heaven: they go to hell and regroup.

I never considered painting the Scorpion in Legion/Chapter colours..... excellent!
Great execution

Well, I love to paint minis in a color scheme that helps people to see it in a different way.
More especially if I'm going to enter the mini into a competition, I really feel that I have to make it stand out in a different way.

Fantastic job on the paint. They look excellent except for one minor detail. I hate to point it out but you have a wicked seam on that TL lazcannon. Smooth that out and it will be top notch. I really like your style on these. The scorpion looks cool but the technique that you used on the pred makes it look "hot".
Little man... Huge Ef'in Gun!
