Split the Plaguebearers up into 2 units of 6, and drop the upgrades. You can add them later if you have spare points.
Split the Horrors into 2 units of 5, and give them both Bolt of Tzeentch.
Drop one or two options for the Soulgrinder, otherwise he's a bit too expensive.
Ditch the upgrades on the Bloodletters too. They're too fragile to be realiable Icon bearers, and too killy to ever need an instrument. Also bolster their number up to about 14 or 15.
Change up the Herald. The only upgrade you want to keep is Bolt of Tzeentch. Other than that, stick him on a Chariot and give him We Are Legion and Master of Sorcery to make him a shooty beast. If you have points, add in a second one too.
Seekers are probably too small a unit and will be shot off the board fast.
Give the Bloodcrushers some upgrades so that you can spread their wounds out.

After all of that, you still don't have a good Tournament army, because you're playing Daemons. Sucks, but that's just the truth of it.

Any army is good if played properly. Daemons will need a hell of a lot of work though, and you can't make any mistakes at all.

Definitely a mixture. The codex is designed to encompass all four Gods.

From Daemons to Grey Knights...could you get any more polar opposite?

ive found daemons can be quite competitive but the reason they are not good for tourneys is if your deepstrikes are bad then your screwed but good to average deepstrikes make daemons fun and hard to deal with. my favorite thing about daemons is that even our weakest unit say furies cant be ignored due to the invulnerable saves and fearless. but try it out, they are not for everyone.
