Random questions from a nub

Okay so I've just bought a set of grey knights/terminators to start with and i've been reading a lot of forums to trying to figure this game out heh. I'm trying to figure out how to establish unit types. From what I've been told it determines how they are painted and equipped. Is there a image bank somewhere for different types? Or is it by shoulderguard piece? I've checked on google/wiki/youtube and nothing seems to be consistent. (EX Knight of the Flame vs Paladin)

2. I found two greyknights units on the gameworks website called crusdaer 1&2. These seem pretty nice but when I looked up crusaders I only found them as henchment and 10.00 seems pretty pricey for a single unit henchman.

I guess that's all I can really think of for now. Had other questions that I forgot.

A Knight of the flame is in power armor and will likely in white colored armor due to being a purifier, Paladins are in terminator armor and normaly gun metal in color and on a larger base also most give them a little extra stuff like book/sword standered just behind their head

Yes they are pricey for what you get a lot of people convert plastic kits to represent them also note you must have an inquisitor to use them

To be honest, you really don't have to follow any paint scheme. You could do your grey knights bright pink as the colour scheme is down to personal preference, same with any models.
I my self have painted my Grey Knights copper & purple and they look great (not trying to be big headed) lol
Equiptment wise, unless playing serious tournaments i don't think applying every little bit of equipment to models is necessary. aslong as they have the correct main hand + offhand weapon etc. Alot of people i have been around don't normally mess abaout with putting tiny grenades on the models belt etc, although the model does still have this in his wargear etc when it comes to games.
