Looking for comment & reviews on my music

As the title says really

I'd appreciate your guys comments and reviews on some of my tracks

I went into a studio for the first time on Saturday and manged to record two songs 'We dance with Dragons' and 'Dead Fate' It was great fun, but man I was nervous as hell!

I down loaded the 2 new tracks onto my myspace page, please have a listen and tell me what you think

The first song, 'just like the sun' was recorded at home the second 2 are the new tracks recorded in the studio

There a bit folky just me sing and playing guitar hope you like them

Just had a listen and definitely prefer the last one, Dead Fate though the little bridge/solo in We Dance with Dragons was pretty good.

The only I wasn't keen on was the rhythm on the Dragons song, it sort of sounds a bit out in places to me. That could just be me though, I know I've done things like that on some of my songs.

But, I enjoyed all three! Any more on the way?

I agree, 3rd tune is your best so far... I think it sounds the most complete, if that makes sense?

Dance with Dragons does have some holes in it, but to me it sounded like it would mesh perfectly in a band setting. Leaving a little room open to add more sound.

Have you ever thought of overlaying your own background tracks or doing some harmonies? It might feel a bit silly at first... but with something like Audacity to mix them together it can be pretty simple to add dimension to what you started. A little rhythm guitar, harmony on the chrous, etc

Many thanks for the comments guys really appreciated, Got lots more which Iv recorded but am trying to make them the best I can before posted them up, the problem I have is my guitar is next to my painting desk so every time I go and upstairs to play end up setting at my decks and start painting chaos space marines instead!! I should really move it into a different room
