No, this is the new model for the Greater Daemon. They're bundling it in an Age of Sigmar release so that Magnus had his own separate time in the spotlight. No new rules for 40k, just a pretty hot new model.

Alright cool. Would happily run it as a generic lord of change. Would be pretty bummed if the FW one I've been procrastinating on painting got replaced.
