    Master of Mankind

Preparation thread for the Imperium sequel. Bits and bobs will be added here. Not really meant for public consumption, just a place for me to put together things and get people hyped. Also pseudo sign-up thread. For the uninitiated, players assume to role of Commanders in the Great Crusade to expand the Imperium's borders. This particular game will emphasize relationships between characters as sides begin to be drawn for the coming Heresy. It takes a lot to become the Master of Mankind. Players interested in joining can merely state their interest and I'll get back at you eventually.

    ***************

It is a time of legend.
Mighty heroes battle for the right to rule the galaxy.
The vast armies of the Emperor of Earth have conquered the galaxy in a Great Crusade - the myriad alien races have been smashed by the Emperor's elite warriors and wiped from the face of history.

Six Primarchs have been discovered. Horus, the Brightest Star, Mephistopheles the Mysterious, Fulgrim the Fearless, Sanguinius the Angelic, Ferrus Mannus the Steadfast, and Balder the Brave. They are unstoppable and magnificent, the pinnacle of the Emperor's genetic experimentation.

Chief amongst the Primarchs is Horus, called the Glorious, the Brightest Star, favourite of the Emperor, and like a son unto him. He is a warrior without peer, a diplomat supreme.

As the flames of war spread through the Imperium, mankind's champions will all be put to the ultimate test.

*Tyrant flasbacks* a black mark that shall forever stain my record XD

"Memor make a note to add more coffee to the rations, I've no idea who cut the rations again but I'm going to smack that little shit" Balder stated aloud as he once again found himself without coffee in the morning, then a cold ran down his spine as he realized Memor was silent and staring at someone behind him.

"Would you like me to pour it for you as well, my lord?" The cold almost quiet rage of Triton dripped like venom in the Primarch's ear, he didn't know fear, but he did know his drill master "that's two weeks on latrine duty and I'm cutting your coffee for a month."

"Ye-yes Triton" was all the giant primarch could utter as he slowly backed away towards the latrines.

    "My Lord! We're surrounded!!"
"Excellent! Now we can attack in any direction"

Apparently I pissed off Horus at some point... oooooops. And full throttle on the orks, awesome.

@DrakonTheNightLord - do you have the events that made these numbers? Because apparently we've been busier than i remember.

They're not final yet, I was basically working through the first game thread and trying to compile stuff to use for the new game. Off the top of my head though:

Fulgrim: Responded to correspondence x2, helped train Curze
Curze: Helped train him, regicide roleplay brownie points x2
    Malcador: Reported demon presence
Former Eldar Empire: Helped them fight Dark Eldar
    Kelbor Hal: Bestowed Forge Worlds
Horus: Snubbed mission request to go run with White Scars
    Orks: Literally Hitler.
Sanguinius: regicide roleplay brownie points x3

That's okay, it's not really necessary to know events in the past games, as you would be joining as a fresh commander, so you wouldn't know things that you wouldn't be there for anyway.

Colour me interested. Not sure if that makes me red, green, or yellow .

Queue prodigal son storyline where Mephi gets snubbed in favor of you and then turns to chaos.

No promises yet. So far I'm just compiling events I feel pertinent in this thread. Finished with the 1st game, still have the 2nd to work on. At some point I'll call you guys in to set up your characters and starting forces.
